So very sorry about the delay, but I was allowed to visit for a while. Jenn looks wonderful for a woman who has technically been in labor for 43 hours. My admiration for my daughter in law continues to grow. The doctor was just in and she is getting an epidural now. The doctor said we will have more information within the next couple of hours - as I learn things and am allowed to blog the info (by Wes and Jenn's permission) I will keep you all informed. Just so you all know, the baby's heart rate is one of the strongest and according to the doctor is doing very well... ... ... more to follow

Nice job by "the grandparents"! I'm thinking Wes is incredibly preoccupied right now. An epidural . . an epidural . . that means it's getting really close . . right???? I sent an email with this blog address to John, Wayne, and Donna so they could watch the progress. Vera sent back the following email that I just wanted to pass along . . .

As you may or may not know, Wayne and I are in KC this week to visit Shelly and family.I have access to my computer through my laptop and am checking emails daily.I checked out the blog, it is great and will be staying tuned here with everyone also.
